#1 Freedom Flame (2) - $17 (bet365)
She is a filly who looks best suited getting over longer distances having been a winner at Listed level over the 1800m and has been building up to a race like this 3rd up now into the prep. Stepping up to the 1600m is getting close to a distance that will likely be her best and she can get a soft run near the front of the field jumping from barrier 2, looks a good value play.

#2 Mating Call (14) - $5.50
Is potentially the class runner of this field given she ran well at Group level through the Victorian Spring Carnival including a strong effort to run 5th in the Group 1 Thousand Guineas. She was underwhelming when resuming recently at Morphettville but did look in need of the run so expecting she can improve 2nd up and rising in distance.

#3 Dirty Old Town (11) - $6.50
Recently has found super form when winning 3 races in a row before stepping up in class to contest the Listed Morphettville Guineas. She was solid in that race running the 2nd fastest L600m of the race. She is proven at this distance and confidence is high so expecting she can put in another strong performance.

#4 Oak Park Maddison (15) - $41
Was an upset winner in her previous start when defeating some fancied opposition including Mating Call, making it 2 wins in a row now. Confidence is high but this is her first look at a 1600m trip and she may not get a soft tempo on speed as she got last start so despite good recent form she looks only a rough hope.

#5 Stung (4) - $4.40
Kicked off this prep with a win at Pakenham over the 1400m and running the fastest L600m of the race. 2nd up and rising to the 1600m is the same path she took last prep when she ran 5th in a Group 2 fillies race at Mooneee Valley. She is lightly raced but suggests the 1600m trip will be ideal and she sets up for a nice run jumping from barrier 4, expect her to figure in the finish.

#6 Silvasista (6) - $4.00
Kicked off this campaign with an easy win at Wangaratta then ran 2nd in a strong 1600m VOBIS race at Caulfield that looks a handy form reference. She saw out the 1600m last start in good fashion so can handle this trip and has been met with some very strong early market support which catches the eye.

#7 Kakadu Sunset (1) - $11
Hit the line well when resuming over the 1300m trip so can find some improvement here today. Given she is fitter 2nd up here today, we can potentially see her put in a positive run from barrier 1 and land in a prominent position on speed. She should be close to peak fitness.

#8 Star Of Omaha (13) - $31
Put in a good performance 1st up to finish 3rd behind a handy filly but then was disappointing in her next start when rising to the 1600m and fading late in the run to finish out the back. She is fitter now which could bring on improvement but gets no favours from the wide barrier.

#9 Sicilian Princess (10) - $21
Took 10 races to win her maiden in her previous start but has consistently been around the mark in Maidens that have produced handy form lines. She can potentially go on with it now she has confidence, but this is a sharp step up in grade and will prove a test.

#10 Oui Oui Ma Cherie (12) - $41
Won her maiden 3 starts back before having a freshen up and then returning to contest the Listed Morphettville Guineas. She was at big odds but ran the fastest L600m and L400m of the race to run 4th in that. She ticked the 1600m box that day and is returning to fillies grade so does not look the worst rough hope in this race if she can run up to last start.

#11 Synthesise (5) - $17
Made a solid return when running 2nd 1st up into this prep. Her only career win came 2nd up previously so she may have a level of improvement to give but it does look like it will take a considerable jump in level for this. Her best chance is that she may get a soft run close to the speed jumping from a good barrier.

#12 She’s Stargazing (8) - $101
Is coming into this off the back of winning a Maiden at Kilmore over the 1450m trip. This is a sharp jump in class for her off that, she potentially looks to lead from a middle barrier and will need a sharp jump in level to win.

#13 Big Rita June (9) - $201
Finished a fair way off some rivals she meets again here today when resuming in a BenchMark grade race and now steps up in level. She may improve fitter here 2nd up but must find a lot of improvement to be a winning hope.

#14 Fringes (3) - $126
Finished near the rear when making her Australian debut over the 1400m. She got out to the 2100m when in New Zealand so suggests she will be better suited at a 1600m trip than what she was 1st up but will need a big jump up in level for this.

#15 Silent Answer (7) - $26
Is still a maiden runner having yet to break through for a win. She was hitting the line strongly last start and looks a type that will be suited over further so getting a look at the 1600m trip suits. One to keep an eye on, but suggests she may have more improvement to come yet over further.
