Trav Noonan takes a look at fields for a big weekend of racing ahead, headlined by the Group 1 Railway Stakes at Ascot
Southside Racing takes over the Spring Carnival on Saturday with the running of the Cranbourne Cup meeting.
The day has been enhanced in recent times with the Cranbourne Cup at $500K prizemoney and the slot race 'The Meteorite' at $1 million over 1200m.
