Jan 28 Wyong

Heat 8 (1000m) Gravel Road - Kristen Buchanan/Alysha Collett.

Back to back impressive trials when running slick time. Has a smart on speed pattern suited to a tight turning track. Ready to head to the races now.

Heat 14 (845m) Riga - Nacim Dilmi/Reece Jones.

Has not shown a lot in three career starts but has been freshened 12 weeks and brought back with back to back impressive trials in good time. Will need a price fresh but we should get that.

Feb 3 Warwick Farm

Heat 2 (1000m) Autumn Boy - Chris Waller/James McDonald.

Elite second trial here by Autumn Boy. He had a very light spring after a solid back end of the autumn which suggests strong improvement to come now as an autumn three year old. Loved the way he trucked up and worked through the line. Group 2 Hobartville into the Randwick Guineas into the Doncaster. He may go three from three.

Feb 6 Canterbury

Heat 5 (902m) Linebacker - O’Shea and Charlton/Zac Lloyd.

Fast overall time. Hezdarnhottoo led them up and is a good yardstick. Love the way this bloke has returned again. Smart through the line and he showed last prep when he trials well he sprints well fresh.

Heat 14 (899m) Wolf Gap - Anthony and Sam Freedman/Jason Collett.

Sneaky good first trial by this well bred, expensive, US two year old colt. In his second trial he was let loose down the outside showing off a lovely turn of speed. Overall time was average but that was not his doing. Ready to head to the races now.

Heat 17 (899m) Auditory - Michael Freedman/Andrew Adkins.

Thirty two weeks off and he looks to have come back in terrific order. First official trial and he matched motors with Wishful Thinker who was having his third trial for the prep. Look for a second trial now before heading back to the races.
