• Generally a fair surface, though the inside lanes may prove inferior if conditions stay wet.

Race 3 No.4 — Rivkin (Best)

Looks ideally suited in this small field from a race map perspective. He is the standout speed influence and should be able to lead and control the tempo. Finds an easier assignment than first-up and looks well placed in these conditions.

Race 6 No.3 — Naralinga (Value)

Resumes today down in grade from the races he contested last prep. He may be better suited over further, but has previously won at 900m. There’s a small risk he gets back in the run, but at the price he looks worth a play - particularly as a runner expected to be hitting the line strongly late.
