Race 4 No.5 Our Huntress

Michael Freedman teams up with his go to provincial jockey in Latham. He looked to have needed his first trial before a cracking second trial when charging late and through the line in fast time. Looks very well placed here first up and is a great bet. Me Me is the local horse and the main danger, sneaky good sole recent trial and is a market watch late. Gong Girl has the race fitness edge on the two mentioned above and goes in the mix also.

Race 5 No.6 Goldane

Trial start this time in, backing up an impressive debut win over 900m last prep. Maps to land on speed here and has been well backed. Will start even shorter I’d suggest. Point Score and Tequila Baby being solid last start ratings to this event as well as race fitness. Outside of that, the parade watch is on the Maher trained Cordina
